Ubisoft is far from over with last year’s Assassin’s Creed Odyssey success. In addition to the two incredibly well-paid DLCs, the game continues to receive tons of updates and new content every month. This one – May – brings yet another episode of The Lost Tales of Greece, new items in the shop and some very interesting game improvements! The Remastered Assassin’s Creed III is coming to Nintendo Switch! Come, let’s take a closer look!

The next addition to the monthly free DLCs added to the game, titled The Lost Tales of Greece, will be “One Really, Really Bad Day”.

To access this mission, you must first access Chapter 5 of the main storyline of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

The mission will be accessible on May 14 and is completely free for all players who own the game, regardless of the type of edition and possession of the Season Pass.

AC Odyssey May 2019 - The Lost Tales of Greece - A Really Bad Day

History, you ask? You receive an icy welcome in a small village of Lokris when you discover that an impostor pretends to be you, tarnishing your reputation. You will need to determine who that person is, end their plan, and delete your name.

The in-game store also receives regular updates. This is a sensitive point for me personally, because as much as I want to justify its existence as a resource of vanity, the character packs contain bonuses, useful in combat.

It does not matter. Let’s take a closer look at what to expect and when!

“Hassle-free, you will overcome any challenge with your power and shoot down your enemies around you with the Herakles character pack. This pack contains a set of equipment, a mount and an ax. “

I am amazed at how much I like the visual aspect of the ax. It would certainly look great in the hands of my Alexios.

AC Odyssey May 2019 - New items in store - Hydra Naval Pack

“Being near the Hydra means your fate is sealed. Becoming the Hydra means that you have control of fate itself. Take to the sea with the Hydra Naval Pack, which contains a ship design, a figurehead and a crew theme. “

The Hydra Naval Pack will also contain Herakles as a lieutenant. on your ship.

The Herakles character pack and the Hydra Naval pack will both be available in the store on May 21. Objects will also be able to appear at Olympians Oikos.

The May update will introduce several improvements to the game. This will happen later this month. A specific date is not yet officially known, but May 21 is a good guess.

Here’s what Ubisoft is teasing us about the update:

  • Unique legendary lieutenants evolve with the player, increasing their benefits over time.
  • Anigmata Ostrakas now indicate their region.
  • Assigned items on another load are now indicated by a visual clue.
  • Reduced weekly contractual targets to make them simpler and faster to complete.

These are all fantastic and very practical to have. The new legendary lieutenants who evolve with you will ensure that you can continue to use them for a long time. Incredibly overwhelming, but also very entertaining to look for, Anigmata Ostrakas with a region indicator is for sure a good quality of life.

Odyssey’s update for this month is not major, but will surely entice most of you to reconnect to the game and take a look at these changes, maybe even buy the new packs. On the other hand, the recently released Assassin’s Creed III Remastered edition is coming to Nintendo Switch very soon!

  • Motion control provides a feeling of intuitive control when aiming a weapon from a distance.
  • Specific user interface design provides HUD adaptation for different display modes (docked or portable gameplay).
