This step-by-step guide shows you where and how to get all five Brigandine Armor parts in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. This set is Bear Gear type armor and will benefit from Red Skill Tree passives!
What is the Brigandine set
In Assassin’s Creed, Valhalla armor sets provide a unique look to your Eivor character, but also provide special and unique set bonuses if you equip more than one part belonging to the same set.
The Brigandine set is a collection of armor available in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It is part of the Raven equipment collection (Assassin / Stealth skill tree) and any yellow increasing passive Raven gear in your skill tree will directly increase that set’s stats. This is a mid-level armor set. You can, of course, increase it.
The Brigandine set contains the following set bonuses:
- (2) Increases armor when surrounded by more than 2 enemies
- (5) Added increased melee damage
The numbers in parentheses indicate how many pieces in the set you must equip to get the bonus perks. It doesn’t matter which pieces of armor you install as long as they belong to the same set.
When can you get the Brigandine Set in AC Valhalla?
All five pieces are available in England. Contrary to Set of those hidden, this one will take you to guarded areas and you will either have to make your way or be smart to sneak around. You can do this at low speed, but you’ll have to be very careful to avoid fights with overpowered enemies.
When should you get the Brigandine Located at AC Valhalla?
It depends on your playstyle. You can get the set right from the start (can get it from power level 70 or above). Note that some areas are high level and heavily guarded. I managed to get through everything at power level 83. If this set is what your Eivor version needs, there is no need to delay acquiring it.

In the video and images below, you can take a closer look at the armor from all sides.
How to get the Brigandine set in Valhalla
The Brigandine set contains five pieces of armor. The armbands, the pands and the torso are in a hundred. The helmet and the cape are in Sciropescira. The following sections of this guide will take you step by step through all the obstacles to get the items and get the full set. I always structure these guides in the same order – from head to toe, so the order in which I outline the locations isn’t necessarily the best order to get them if you want to save time.
The helmet is in a cave in a Sciropescira outpost.
Move this “menhir” to reveal the space in the wall and squeeze in. When you go out, remember to put the “mehnir” back in place to keep the inside warm.
The cape is in a cave just north of Quatford, west of Sciropescira.
On the banks, you’ll find a boat full of explosives, “parked” near a stone wall. Hit the flammable slime in the boat to clear the entrance.
Follow the tunnel to the end. There is a large piece of stone that you need to move to access the room with the chest.
The chest is on your left. Pay no attention to the rats in the room :)))
The torso is in Cantebury Cathedral in Hundred.
Go up to the interior attic balcony and break the locking mechanism of the wooden doors blocking the passage to the other side of the main room of the cathedral.
Go around and go through the door you just unlocked. Follow the stairs until you reach the small room with the suspended platform and the fragile stone floor below.
Lower the wooden platform to reveal the chest hidden below.
There is an opal knot next to the chest. Opal is very rare in the world of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Reda’s Shop trades with him and offers incredibly expensive shiny items.
The gloves in this set are at Beamasfield in Cent.
You will need two keys to reach the chest with the gloves on. The first key is in this house. You can enter through the small window to the right of the main door.
The second key is in a small camp behind the house with the chest. The key is on a wooden stack serving as a table
The safe itself is on the second floor of the main building and has two locks – hence the two keys.
The chest is located in a cave near the docks of the Fortress of Dover – the southeastern shores of Hundred.
Take a flammable vase from the docks and bring it to the hidden hole in the ground in the corner. The pots are set back towards the water.
Once you’re on the ground, smash the weak wooden door and collect your item!
